Our owners are all currently or have been top producing agents at different points in our careers.   All are still practicing real estate, though taking on ownership roles does take a good amount of time.   Nothing worth having comes without a lot of work.

An important thing to note is that none of our leadership needed to be owners.   None of our leadership was terribly unhappy where they were.   Each of us saw an opportunity to provide something to our friends and family in the business that could be life-changing.   We all knew joining an ownership group would be hard work and commitment, but knew the reward was in the happiness of others.

Many of our leadership had been passed over for positions we aspired to in our lives.  We are flawed, imperfect, and full of a history of personal and professional challenges.  We look to find similar histories in our agents.   We love to bring on others who have conquered their own adversity, who have worked hard and just missed opportunities, and who are truly looking for a way to develop income streams in the real estate industry in multiple ways; like no other company can.

As we expand into new territories, new local ownership is involved in each ownership group so that every local area has representation from local leadership.   We look for people who are like-minded and selfless and who are extremely reputable in their local area.
